While we recognize that security breaches are possible, we take every precaution available to ensure your information is safeguarded by ThePainStore.com and its partners at all times.

ThePainStore.com values your input, and encourages your feedback on our "Contact" page. However, we take your privacy very seriously. ThePainStore.com will not release or share your personal information. Even in the case of user testimonials/feedback, at no time will any contact information ever be released.
Reviews, Blogs, Testimonials, Feedback.
Only the information revealed by customers in our 'Reviews' or 'Blog' section(s) will be published. As such, we strongly urge users to provide only such information that they want released publicly. Users may post their reviews or comments anonymously, with a nickname or with their initials only. It is entirely up to the user what 'name' they choose to use on the site.

Whether they are prescription or over-the-counter products, a physician must be provided a list of all products being used. This helps ensure appropriate treatment, while also reducing the possibility of drug interactions or accidental overdose. ThePainStore.com cannot predict patient outcomes. Customers agree to release ThePainStore.com of any liability relating to use of this site and all products contained herein.
All products on ThePainStore.com are for personal use only, and not for resale. Items shipped may appear different than those pictured on the web page, as manufacturer's often redesign products. Orders placed through this web site are subject to ThePainStore.com's acceptance, at our sole discretion. We may refuse to accept, or may cancel, any order, whether or not it has been confirmed, prior to shipment.

ThePainStore.com takes every possible precaution to provide customers with the best possible shipping rates. Rates start at approximately $4.95 per order and increase incrementally based on shipping weight. Prior to purchase, you may check the different shipping options available and the rates for each, through the 'cart' section of the site.
For security reasons, we do not ship to PO boxes. Additionally, we reserve the right to use other shipping services in place of those listed on the site, at any time (so long as the shipping policies of the service utilized are comparable to the original service selected).
ThePainStore.com will accept returns of products for 30 days following the date of purchase. Items may be returned under the following conditions:
* Except as noted below, all returned items must be in new sealed condition, with all original packaging and accessories. If possible, it is recommended that returned items be shipped in the original shipping carton to avoid damage. A credit cannot be given for items that have been damaged in transit due to improper packaging.
* Items that arrive to the customer damaged; that is, items that have a performance defect (for example, a spray bottle that does not spray), will be accepted within 30 days. Customer may elect to get a refund, or if desired, a replacement will be shipped at no cost.
Because of the nature of these products, anything that is opened and/or used cannot be returned. Obviously, for hygene reasons, these items cannot be resold. This is why all of ThePainStore.com's items are doctor-recommended and patient-tested, to ensure only the best possible items are available to you, as our valued customer. Return shipping must be paid by the purchaser. Packages with shipping costs due (COD) cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
Freebies vs. 'Free with Purchase'
In general, we try to provide product samples with each order. These
are our gift to you and we never expect these to be returned, under any
circumstances. However, if a product is on a special sale, such as "buy
one, get one free" -- any free with purchase items must be included in
order for the refund to be processed.
Shopping Discounts/Coupons
For free shipping promos, the customer is responsible for their own shipping costs each way (customer ships it back to store and pays the shipping charge for replacement items, as desired).
Regardless of the type of promotion used, shipping costs are not returned.
We offer several discount offers via our web site. When you utilize such a discount, your order is subject to the revised pricing on a per item, prorated basis. For instance, if a 10% discount was applied, any items returned would be eligible for a return at the actual price paid - 10%, the discount the customer received. As for discounts that are $X off a purchase of $XX, the discount is converted to a true percentage price reduction. For instance, in the case of a $5 off $30 offer, the entire order of $30 is now $25, which is 17% less than retail prices. So if you wanted to return an item that was $15, we would subtract the discount of 17%, -$2.55. Your refund would be your actual cost at the time of order, $12.45.
Timing of Returns
If an order is
cancelled prior to shipping, any charges incurred will be immediately
processed for a refund. However, once the item has shipped, our
standard return policy applies. You will need to accept delivery of the
items, then contact Customer Service for details on shipping the items
back. A refund will be issued once processed through our customer
service/billing system. No returns can be accepted over 30 days after
purchase.
Note: All returns are subject to inspection. Refunds and/or credits will be granted at the sole discretion of ThePainStore.com's staff, based on the conditions listed here.
We cannot accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. All product returns must be authorized by ThePainStore.com prior to shipping them back. Why? First and foremost, we want to be informed of any problems as soon as they take place. This helps us serve you better, and hopefully come to a successful resolution as any issues arise.
